Dan, I disagree. Every vote counts. There's comparatively little of the Register held by institutions, it's essentially a fragmented retail base which makes it harder to vote down resolutions & easier for the BoD to do anything they want which has been the case. If enough of that base comes together......we collectively only need 25% to vote down the Renumeration Report & putting a spill motion into play.....it's game on. The Board and Prentice in particular are on notice to engage with the owners to put shareholder returns first.
Again, I implore every shareholder to vote no matter how small or inconsequential you may think your holding is. It counts
