Rather than search for people's opinions you can only base Quantum's future funding off their announcements of having secured a funding partner.
You will then have to wait until Besra requires more money as per Quantum's announcement and you will be waiting on a response for 8 months plus at least.
This is when you will find out if Quantum can or willing provide more funds.
Currently their shares value is worthless compared to what they have outplayed. Will he spit the dummy if he gets voted out, who knows. You will have to wait and not speculate
