Did I at any point say Atlassian was an ASX listed company. I am very aware of Atlassian and in fact have family connections to one of the founders.

The point I made is well made and obvious.

They became a $300 million plus revenue technology company based in Australia before listing on the Nasdaq.

Their success to that point was not inhibited in any way up to that point by being located in Australia and not being based in Silicon Valley.

They proved that there is no magic about being listed in the USA.

Indeed they were being told when they cracked the $100 million revenue mark that to progress further they needed to immediately list in the US, advice they ignored.

I find it curious that you an allegedly experienced intelligent business person have come to your conclusion that Brainchip’s success is solely dependant upon moving to the USA without waiting to hear fully from the Chair and Board and accuse Australian shareholders of opposing the move out of some sort of parochialism.

I must admit to believing that you being so strident in your view in advance of the Chair and Board setting out their reasons fully smacks of US parochialism.

Presently Brainchip is chock full of US Executives experienced in the US Silicon Valley space as to both management and sales and they are all physically based in the USA.

What I need to hear is why being US listed will magically improve their sales closing and revenue generation.

To paraphrase Brainchip’s Chair revenue success will take care of the share price and just one multi year IP licence will see Brainchip profitable overnight. These statements were made without a caveat that this can only happen though if we redomicile to the USA.

So as I said your absolute conviction that this is the correct move at this point is astonishing to me in all the circumstances.
