Yes in the long run a move to a US listing was/is inevitable and predicted by the founders virtually from inception. However when questioned about the timing of the move over the years they invariably have tied the move to Brainchip being a commercial success here in Australia.
I have always expected the move once the ASX pond became too shallow but at this point Brainchip is a long way from the ASX Top 100 companies or even the ASX Top 200 and they are struggling to keep their chin above water in the shallow end.
As such I personally need to hear all the Boards arguments in favour of this move.
In addition I also want to hear all the opposing arguments raised by Board members during the vigorous discussion referred to by the Chair.
I have said it multiple times all we have at this time is nothing more than a thought bubble.
