It is early days and it will result in an impact to the upside if Azercell is a commercial success, but I think the board needs to seriously consider pursuing a partnership with someone to help fund the long road to bringing Azercell to market. If they don't, this company is going to be on its knees well before a financial deal on this or any other platform, and that will result in a high risk of winding up before we ever get to see success.
