IMHO revenue projections and/or a license / partnership deal are what the market is really waiting for - I am guessing these things will be sorted before the "sell in May and go away" machinations kick in but who knows with Mesoblast ? Perhaps the interim CFO might go out on a limb when the March quarterly is released and give some basic revenue projections ?
As for the FUD'ers constantly bringing up the CA settlement again of late and people 'wondering' how much
those that participated will get ..... one only needs to read the approved Court Orders (pages 3 and 4) to see there is very little left after all the vultures grab their share
plus the 2 lead plaintiffs that lost (I believe) somewhere in the 7 figures vicinity and spent hours with the lawyers for over 2 years
were only awarded $17,500 each so the mum and dads will likely get a couple of hundred dollars .... not even enough to buy a decent bottle of wine at dinner but hey whatever gets them through the day I guess ... the disbursements are eye watering but hey don't take my word for it ... read it below at the court link for yourself
