    When a stock moves from 3c to 7c and the company replies to the ASX that there is no reason, but then they realease this info .....you can bet that people knew, and the buying has already been done. That's a big increase in market capitalisation already.

    It's why we have the phrase....'buy on rumour, sell on fact'. Everyone is already long.

    The stock will move again when they announce the PFS and a contract.
