Also look at page 21 from the same WAMEX Report. It gives a good summary of old mining activity. There are plenty of old workings from the 1930's and 1940's that were pulling out grades between 4.0 g/t Au and 48.0 g/t Au. In addition, there were 3 mines that were well documented and are listed below. To my understanding, VRC is just about where New Cross Fault is. To the north along trend sits Jack's Show, about 1km from VRC. Golden Gleam is along trend but to the south (maybe 1km from VRC?). These 3 are on OZM tenements as far as I can guesstimate. Maybe someone with access to better data can confirm. AIMHO (DYOR).
