I was part of the takeover panel process and believe I am am unable to disclose any information learned during those proceedings. It may have only applied during proceedings but I am not going to pay a lawyer to confirm. Either way shareholders should be asking these questions of the board and management and asking why they wanted to conduct a huge raise at a time the mine was clearly profitable...
PS - I still think we are undervalued but unfortunately I don't think we will get a proper valuation with this board in place. Bunch of Wayne Kerrs
