hi @Wildstar007, Ive held this stock now for some time, i bought in at .32, now its down to its current price. It went down to .052 at one stage. The current offer has suprised me, but then its where it is now. Ive bought several thousand shares on top of my initial non transferable shares.

The options were the icing on the cake for me to buy at 0.068. Athe stock currently has 2 arms uranium and rare earths, however with the size of the exploration leases, there are chances of other mineral resources that may be found including other hree's which are found with uranium deposits.

IMHI, they won't go into production without extensive capital raisings, a Board with sound strategy for mine development a sound product marketing team for securing off take agreements, and quality product suite to sell.

Whats in there favour is the current high prices of rare earths. Uranium, I don't know. There are a lot of uranium projects out there.

I see this as a medium term investment, unless the executive actually gets a sound strategy regarding its RE program moving ahead, that's the demonstration and product qualification facility up and running. If they are not overly distracted by other side tracks.

I believe once they have an operating demonstration and product qualification facility fully operational, the share price will be in a position where they will need to look seriously at a CR to take the project further. So for now, I buy only on the dips, lowering my buy in and put my holdings in the middle draw.

I believe the company has great potential, however, we need a Board that are not just explorers, but have a very clear vision into production.

IMHO, the current Board is demonstrating its an exploration orientated company, not a Board with a clear vision which moves a project into production. They don't have that expertise currently on the Board, again in my humble opinion. I want to see land holder issues sorted as a priority, and a long term funding strategy in place to advance the future pathways.

The non renounceable cut off is 5pm 22nd, for an extension. If it is extended, then that only indicates to me that the offer is not going well.

I suppose an announcement on Tuesday when the market resumes that offer is extended or not, will give investors the answer as to the status of the current offer and how the market responds to whatever statements come forward.

Whatever the case, I'm holding to the end of the year with a review to progress reports on the demonstration plants progress.

On the uranium side, price, and whoever is elected and weather the company finds a definitive mre, jorc resource will dictate my overall position.

Whatever ever, the outcome, don't expect production for 4 to 5 years. Look at the trouble HAS has been through. They did the wrong deal IMHO with Twiggy Forest, they are paying the price, or shareholders are of bad board decisions re exposing itself to predatory heavy weights looking for back door entry into sound projects that struggled with financing.

    Just my thoughts, please DYOR.

I'm still holding, but it's not a stock I'm keeping my eyes off, until it reaches at least 0.25c a share.

    Cheers
