Thanks Asharma, don't know how much proof people want after a few of us have posted direct from the company. Myself from the CEO, if that's not good enough then sell out and move on.
When the company makes the Ann it will either go into trading halt or be announced outside of market hours. Meaning, if you don't hold the stock you will miss out and be buying at a premium.
They have no need to make an Ann prior to approval from SEC. They are more focused on the big picture, maybe some people on here should too.
