You're spot on lawnside.....we Pacific Carpenters are grimly hanging on for some meagre 'clippings !' What can I say....still waiting. There is a modicum of hope of late however. Might as well stay on for the ride....it's been mostly downhill for a cuppla years....the slippery slope has to turn upwards eventually purely by the Law of Gravity !!!
