TT ... there is four weeks to the AGM on FRIDAY 16 MAY & enough time for the directors to reflect on shareholder on what is an appropriate reward for effort aligned with the ambitions that LRV and its shareholders.
PERFORMANCE INCENTIVED must be aligned against the DFS & achievement by LRV against the key performance metrics being production, cost metrics and margin.
That coupled with a share price metric at $2 that will be achieved in time BUT that is ultimately determined by the market NOT necessarily delivering against a DFS outcome that is the BASE CASE.
MY MESSAGE TO DIRECTORS IS DON'T EMBARRASS LRV OR YOURSELVES ..... YOUR ARE NOT ON WALL STREET.
AMEND THE PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES TO REFLECT THE INTENT TO DELIVER A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR LRV AT HILLGROVE ... the rewards in time will be greater as HILLGROVE outperforms it's peers (if PPTA or SXG2 are considered peers because they are NOT currently).
A REALITY CHECK IS REQUIRED ... WE HAVE BACKED LRV FOR LONG TERM SUCCESS ... THE REWARD WILL COME.
