Hey Legume...I am confused.

Is Doyle still a director?

ASX doesn't list him as one, but Comsec does list him.

However if you go to the announcement dated 22.11.10 "Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation" it lists the following as directors;

Terrence Willsteed Non-Executive Chairman
Stephen Fabian Managing Director
Stephen Turner Non-Executive Director
Philip Re Non-Executive Director
Paul Lloyd Non-Executive Director

But he does have 16.2mil shares (Topix Management)
