It certainly seems to me that right now if we had a board and CEO that we trusted more the share price would be higher.
Seems like we have a (IMO) 40 cents next week discount because of the current situation
1) not explaining before end of the quarter why DFS would be late
2)not producing the DFS yet
3) continual mumbling and mermerings of an equity raise if only partial
4) ridiculous $1 target for performance shares
5) low targets for other performance targets that smacks of greed.
6) termination clauses suggesting a low ball take over
