I am unsure if they were Lagioule knives of not. I enjoyed the Roquefort cheese , actually all the cheeses LOL.
We also had homemade Mandarin liquor made with 92% alcohol (bought from Italy) and peel etc... yum Beef cheeks were spectacular ... All dishes homemade ..
I had a tear in my eye as the flavours reminded me when growing up of my mums cooking ....
