However, AVZ can continue with the court case in the absence of "reasonable compensation" which would make America's ambitions of controlling Manono less achievable while there's an ongoing court case. It would be in the US's interest to get AVZ out of the picture sooner than later & the key will be adequate compensation. It might just be a little better than a few crumbs.
