I have received an update from my email request last month re Sales Pool Bonus.
It Reads as below,
The approval for participation in the Sales Bonus Pool for the Directors, David McAuliffe, Howard Digby and Guido Arnout is valid for only 15 months from the date of approval under sections 217 to 227 of the Corporations Act.
In other words the benefit must be given within 15 months of the shareholder approval.
Accordingly, the resolutions will be put again to this year’s AGM for shareholder approval and each year thereafter if the benefit is not given.
I hope that this addresses your query.
Sooooo, we have to vote it out at the Agm. We have 6 months left to generate 50.1% against and every 12 months to squash the idea if we fail.
