IF the 'dual targeting' does pick up and becomes common practice, doctors could start with 64Cu-Sar-bisPSMA PET/CT, and if the patient tests negative, they could order a 64Cu-Sar-BOMBESIN PET/CT. This will push the already high sensitivity into previously unheard of territories - much closer to 100%! At those levels, this would drastically reduce the need for biopsy.
