To be so completely dismissive without even considering or articulating the concerns at play here, even if they do not lead to penalties (either from regulator, legal outcomes or other), there are other potential hits to SEQ financial performance (harmed reputation, redirected management focus, legal costs etc) which all add up - no matter which way you try to deflect it - as negative for the business and therefore shareholders.
I personally do not like when there is a reasonable chance of total catastrophe, either.
