Well we know it’s a cap raise because it says so on page 2 of the trading halt ann.
If I look at this ann on my ipad it only shows the first page. So I can see how you might have missed that.
Any way being a TH usual rules apply:
- how much dilution
- how bad will the price be
- any other nasty surprises
The question is will this raise be the final one they need to do before the business finally kicks up enough to be self-sustaining or is that a fool’s dream.
If I can make a very brave comparison, Telix did a raise just after they got FDA approval but before their product hit the shelves. The market was not impressed at the time (director selling may not have helped) but eventually the sales numbers were unignorable.
Like many others here, I can see the endo test being the real game changer so let’s see if they can (a) bring it to market and (b) get women to use it. You would have thought that in Australia at least there’s enough awareness of endo around now that they should be able to, for example, get some positive media stories out there.
