Hi Hoodie, I hear you, but I am betwixt and between on whether the ALP will provide the caucus policy as part of Justice Jackson's request. Quite obviously it fits the criteria of a document Husic relied upon, so should be included. But, given it is not a Departmental document, and an illegal policy, I have my doubts as to whether they will incriminate themselves. I hope they do, but suspect they will not. Advent will then request it via discovery.
