K & M, on their 3rd attmpt, did not lodge their claim in accordance with the court timetable.
Perhaps they find reading timetables and instructions tricky ?
To allow BEN solicitors time to consider it, they requested a BRIEF delay.
Feb 22 is the expected next sitting.
