does anyone know if they are putting on refreshments at the AGM? Definitely worth going to watch. The existing directors will be desperate to hang on to their generous salaries and benefits.

Intresting write up why they want EK out, especially the confidential information bit ….. shame they dont expand on it.

With regard point one on overboarding ( something like 8 directorships) - this was never a problem when they were friends
