I encourage all PFI hopefuls to revisit the PFS documents. This study used an assumed Au price of $1800 USD and showed highly profitable outcomes. The price has nearly doubled since, while inflationary pressures on mining infrastructure has slowed, cementing the growth in margin.
My second point with pondering is, what if management have delayed the resource because they need to complete a brand new resource/reserve with a $2500USD pit shell instead of $1800USD. What would this do to the total contained ounces?!!!
There has been talk of modest increases in inventory. my guess is that we are due for a significant upside surprise from management.
