Well that letter you wrote to the ASX before relisting was an outstanding success, did they even bother to reply? They certainly ignored it, which was because MMR comfortably met all the listing rules for reinstatement. You can call the cap raise a failure but the facts don't support that. Offset shares and new SH lifted the take up to just under 70%, comfortably exceeding the minimum subscription. It's your choice to ignore plain facts but SH can easily see through this type of downramping.
