the wave these guys are riding leading into production is enormous when you consider the value of gold. That's an "additional" $125m profit in first 3 years they can generate for shareholders based on Ocean Blue forecasts. That's a special 16c dividend they could potentially pay out at end of year 3 based on current issued capital .
