E-COMM (ECE) released a prospectus to try and raise $45m on the 31 JAN. Thats 225m shares at 20c. The offer closes at 5pm today.
They need to raise these funds to go ahead with the purchase from Talisman. If they only raise $40m, the purchase will still go ahead. If they get less then that, I think they will return funds to subscribers, and the sale collapses.
