Reputation is so shot that nothing is gunna move the needle. Not for lack of trying. Perhaps doing another announcement in ALL CAPS will work. Oh and market sensitive too; it’s all wind! But there is as little helium as there is cash in the bank. Cap raise required stat, hence the onslaught of announcements.
