I can assure you, nothing in the CC teaching contradicts the bible, it is you that have a flawed understanding of scripture then bouncing it off the CC assuming that you have the correct one, but its the other way around

Absolutely not true at all.. Just to name a few:

15 Catholic Teachings That Contradict the Bible

    Conclusion

    So when @ppm56 says:
"Nothing in the Catholic Church contradicts the Bible"
    That is completely false.
I have shown him again and again. And here it is — laid out plainly yet again.

What will PP do? The same thing he always does — deflect, avoid, run, or say he has “no time” when truth is laid in front of him. And if he does reply, it’s rarely from Scripture — instead, he’ll copy and paste pre-written answers from his cult-like institution, the RCC, that almost never align with what is clearly written.

No matter how much biblical evidence is shown to him, he will consistently choose the authority of the RCC over the Word of God. That’s why he despises sola Scriptura — because it exposes the contradictions and unbiblical doctrines of the Catholic Church.

    Let’s not forget history:
The RCC once banned the common people from reading the Bible. They imprisoned, tortured, and even killed those who tried to translate it or make it available. That’s not fiction — that’s well-documented history.

Why? Because when people finally got access to Scripture, they saw how much the RCC had twisted, added to, and contradicted the Word of God.

And when the RCC couldn’t stop the spread of Scripture, what did they do next?

They declared that they alone had the authority to interpret, add to, and even change what God has written — despite the Bible warning us:
“Every word of God is pure. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. Do not add to His words— or He will rebuke you and prove you a liar.”
    Proverbs 30:5–6 (TLV)

This is why today, Catholics like PP reject the idea of sola Scriptura — not because it’s flawed, but because it removes the RCC’s power to control interpretation and exposes the falsehoods embedded in their tradition.

Yeshua never gave men the right to override the Word of God.
He rebuked the Pharisees for doing the same:
“You nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.”
    Matthew 15:6 (TLV)

And that is exactly what the Catholic Church has done for centuries — nullified the Word to uphold its traditions.
No wonder they hate when people return to Scripture alone. Because Scripture shines a light on everything they try to keep hidden.
