At the last AGM Shareholders voted to give AP authority to issue 25% of the register at the board's discretion without shareholder approval.

Our friendly brokers offloaded 23m shares in March at around 7.5c. Will AP reward them for that with a massive discount, or does he have another plan?

Under normal circumstances and given the rising gold price, GBR shares should be scarce. We have a series of positive news on the horizon, so rather than reward the sellers, why not do a smallish $2m issue every two to three months as may be required, at a small premium into a rising share price to maintain upward momentum until we start to generate cash.
