legally the board have a responsibility to release it to market as soon as it is completed . . However i have lost faith in trusting the current board on timeliness and they have an ability to massage the term complete.
We have A chairman who is absolutely not independent and just Ron and one other director.
● we have had 4 drill rigs running double shifts for 4 mths and yet we have only got 1 drilling update . . Does that make sense?
● We have an ip program commence weeks ago that in words of Ron ' was going to be quick ' . . Yet nothing ?
● We have a dfs due a month ago now with excuse that delay was due to change in tailings strategy . . Which was communicated to market back in mid feb and would have been known as planned approach well before then?
● we also have 'updated metallurgical results' being incorporated into dfs as reason for delay. Question . . If we have got updated metallurgical results why not communicate those to market as a stand alone release? If . . As wording suggests, they are significant enough to be incorporated into the dfs as a reason for delay then they are significant enough to be communicated to the market immediately.
while I love the opportunity that lrv is i no longer trust management to be truly independent and acting in the interest of all shareholders over their own personal gain. The absense of timely news flow to potentially benefit themselves re performance rights . . Where there is smoke there is fire.
