25% return over 20 years (really over 25 years as well given we wont be in production until 2030) is not attractive IMO... add in the risk that this never goes to production and you would want a much higher return then that.
I just think CE needs to temper his ramping... just like the hype vs reality for the water asset.
If they could get $50 mil for 10% I think it would be a huge win... I place the odds of him getting $200 mil at around 0 to 0.01%.
