For Lynas I would use the following Criterea.to make a buy decision which I hope to do in the future.
Lynas's future revenue Key components are
REE prices
Production volume.
Lynas future expense level which has to go up after spending $1.6M on CAP X,
CAP X will go up after Q3 release, Monday. The question is how much? To help AR profits I am sure they will put everything they can in CAPX.
