Advent will have to argue a very narrow argument and can only argue that the reasons for refusal are unlawful.

The Advent defence can not make a case for why Pep11 should be approved in terms of gas requirements for East Coast Oz or energy prices or what ever else has been approved like you keep harping on about 3X.
