Echoing what others are saying here, approval is going to happen.

The facilities have been inspected, so we are VERY close now, but we are at the mercy of the FDA on timing. Just google - fda approvals process slow - and you will see that this affects all players in the pharma industry.

It doesn't look like there are any advance notice leaks on approval (because only the FDA knows the answer) until the very last moment when a pharma is advised.

At the point when Dr Reddys is advised, the info will start to leak.

If Dr Reddys wake up (their time - assuming this is in India) to news of approval, I imagine we may see a sudden spike same day during our trading, indicating a leak, perhaps followed by a trading halt.

If Dr Reddys is advised by the FDA during their afternoon (overnight our time) and Dr Reddys advises Alchemia during this time, we may just awake to a trading halt on open.

However it happens, I reckon it will come as a surprise to all.
