    You have just completely missed the point on Fidelity.

    They are supporting FBR by taking their pro rata % to not be diluted. Any other shareholder could just do it now if they want at lower rates.

    Fidelity are a benefit to FBR.

    also I don’t know where you got the balance is changing. Brickworks m and g and Fidelity have the owned most of FBR for a while. It is probably lowest % it has been in a while
