Since my original post was removed due to very accurate adjectives used to describe our management team. I’ll add it again without those lovely descriptions.
Simple.
There’s literally no dilution with this SBP. Management can go ahead and dilute our holdings to bits with zero consequence to their pockets - no incentive to have our interest front of mind. Recent raise is perfect example.
To add to this; See how long this management team of our take to issue our Quarterly, they’ll wait until the very last minute (seeing that a few of my other holdings already issued theirs - companies with quality management). But let me not be too critical of this “TOP” management team we possess, they work extremely hard, are extremely active promoting our tech and worth every penny we pay them.
