All these armchair analysts claiming to understand the company's inner workings better than the actual BOD need a reality check. The target for the 6 deal signing bonus was agreed upon by the Board because they believe it's genuinely achievable. Why on earth would they willingly tie a significant portion of their own compensation to a stretch goal they didn’t think they could reach? I must say, the level of idiocrasy on this forum is impressive!
