It is amazing how far this stock has come. But there are some concerns here.

All eggs are in one basket.

If you notice in the Chairman's report they are re- evaluating their involvement in Reid's Dome.

I shudder at the fact that they are thinking of getting out of that. Becomes a single horse wagon at that point with NO guarantee of continuing operations in Indonesia.

Never mind the fact that one of the largest companies in the world abandoned the area that they are extracting extremely small pockets of gas from. They indicate that Mobil was "surprised at the water production". It would take alot to surprise a multi-billion dollar company,with a highly expert team of geologists and engineers. If the gas and oil were there in abundance they would have grabbed it. I do agree that there is gas being produced but enough for a small non public company to harvest. $7 million income with a 80 million market cap and a statement that near the end the gas was diminishing?

My thoughts are Mobil was concerned with the environmental liability on the lands from years of drilling and decided to offload the liability on a small company to deal with.

Projection 8-12 cents one year from now on speculation. Possibly $0.00 if they give up their guaranteed revenue in AU and lose the rights in Indonesia.

You wouldn't need many dollars to sway the government regulators to not renew. Lived in Indonesia for a few years. It is scarry thinking that a few families are depending on a corrupt government to make a decision.

I own TEG so will hold on but that is as far as I will go. New buyers there are a ton of safer investments out there with larger potential upsides. This will never be a 400 million dollar company so stock prices above the teens is not probable. But common sense is left at the door when you are dealing with traded companies.
