So many spent the week tying themselves in knots over imaginary funding gaps, floating "$90M budgets" and claiming the deal wasn’t locked. Well, terms are now finalised, gold is down, SP is up, and management wasn’t confused.
And on the equity piece? The quarterly confirms negotiation with a major overseas fund, but says nothing about dilution, pricing or structure.
Yet again, people jumping ahead, speculating, and posted it as fact.
WWI just held their line. And now the board holds all the cards.
