I am not entirely sure people are reading the Appendix document correctly from what I have read on here today, but regardless GG has used IMO a 'loophole' to acquire the 50,000 ADS options on market that had expired .... either way he is still reaching into his pockets to add to his shareholding total .... and people scoffed at those of us that claimed when GG reached 10% + that he would 'likely' go all the way to 19.99%

@tuts  - GG might not have the $ to go all the way with a complete T/O himself but he would certainly have the contacts to undertake a full privatisation of Mesoblast if he really wanted to IMO

I would also anticipate if I was the CHF partner chipping in what has to be hundreds of millions of dollars upfront to be a part of this blockbuster Rexlemestrocel-L treatment that I would want to be at the table prior to the BLA AA submission so I believe we will know who the CHF partner is by the EOFY in less than 9 weeks.
