Pandev, I'm not too worried about Wedgwood or what he's claiming, I'm way more concerned about the way they treated Cougar and what was contained (And not contained for that matter)in the so called expert report, just a real scary thought knowing the way this has all been dealt with by the DERM and knowing the way other Qld government deptartments are run/operate, only adds to this concern.

I'm sure cnx can mitigate the risk and I'm sure Cougar could as well but for some reason they weren't given an opportunity to do so.
Lets face it, we all know everything can be done better, we just have to look at the problem then explore educated options to make it better (put simply I know).

Oh well this won't be announced during trade today I feel.
