    Cman- I doubt that. From my experience when news is leaked before it is known to the public it is really obvious. If that person at 9.8 knew results he would buy at market price and not risk missing out.

    Clear indidcations of good or bad news leaking is:
    * Increased volume of shares within a small time period.
    * Trade/share ratio increases dramatically.
    * Share price fluctuation of more than 5%
    * People pull sell orders and all of a sudden buyers and sellers are even.

    good news travels fast and bad news travels faster.
