I didn't disagree. off label is and can be a massive market. look at ozempic for weight loss.
But the company can't come out and say we will get x percent from off label use. it is illegal for them to market or promote it.
70% is good. but x500-600% your revenue just on locking in refills is better and easier to scale across multiple products.
