It seems to have the potential to shake things up quite significantly, apparently a key difference is once metals are certified into the SGE network, upon them being removed from it (as in taken physical delivery of) the only way for those same metals to get back in as certified is via being smelted into new bars. Now that's going to create quite the 'sticky' pool of physical inventory (and integrity) behind the pricing of gold in RMB.
