When all is said and done and the sun sets it costs a fortune to challenge patents. Further, Martinique, being a part of France is by default so protected it is not funny. That is maybe why PPY is not challenging them (for a change a good call, saves money). So what needs to happen? PPY needs to go like crazy and produce products from their technology at great profit margin to entice others to buy the technology. Let's not get distracted with potential "competitors". Ramy Azer has stated in the broadcast (see PPY web page) that PPY has 15 years experience in this business or is it more than likely 1 years experience repeated 15 times? Needless to say, if they just get on with it we might all make something. Haven't given up yet.
