In a saucepan heat the following:
20 gm smoked butter until it starts to brown
1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
Finish off with some of the following:
100 ml beer chicken stock or cream.
50 gm goat cheese.
1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
A few splashes smoked tabasco.
A few splashes of masala.
Thicken slightly with corn flour.
