    Smart, a slightly off topic question....

    if the range increase is due to georgia, wouldn't/shouldn't there have been a huge run in red emperor also?

    if the increase is due to onshore puntland activity, wouldn't/shouldn't there have been some serious price action with Africa Oil? their price has been drifting down for over a week.
