    ....are you saying the deal they struck is a fantasy?

    Are you sayiong that as a technology it it is a scam?

    If it isnt and the deal is real and there is a future.....are you saying their psoition in China will lead to no eps and no value to share holders.

    If so.....on what do you base your position?
